Why?

Why do I need a Pre purchase house inspection?

  Your contract obligations should include a building inspection.


All Pre Purchase house Inspections are done in a fair and non-biased fashion. We are providing an objective assessment of the home and a detailed report of any faults so they can be attended to for the betterment of the building. 


It is for this reason that we offer our services to both the home buyer and the seller, for complete peace of mind. It is vital that when investing in one of the most important purchases you will make, that the appropriate time is taken to ensure you are investing in a home that is sound of any structural risks, not to mention hidden or unseen risks that may come back to bite you later. 


As such, a Pre purchase house inspection is designed to save you money and bring peace of mind. A Pre Purchase Building Inspection is the highest level of building inspection that can be offered in accordance to Australian guidelines set out under AS 4349.1–2007. This covers all items offered in the basic structural Pre Purchase Building Inspection.

  • Sub floor vent's (if present)
  • Weep hole's (if present)
  • Base board's (if present)

External buildings:

We also take note of:

Services connected to property and type.

Heating and cooling type's.

Hot water service type and year of manufacture (if locatable).

If smoke alarms are present.

What is included in my Pre purchase house inspection?

 We issue a detailed and customised report with photos, broken down into easy to understand sections.  Sections are of every area of building and property and with sections of materials used in construction, summary of property and a defects list all which include photos. 


 We pride ourselves in customer service and offer a one on one chat with us over the phone before and after inspection is done to answer any questions or enquires about the report.
