Jeff Gittens owner and founder of GV HOUSE AND BUILDING INSPECTIONS has built the business up over the past 14 years and keeps striving to provide the best quality of service for clients. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry it is that kind of experience and knowledge that gives clients who use GV House and Building inspections piece of my mind and guarantee of quality.
Jeff has owned and run a successful building and joinery business for more than 35 years.
Jeff has built new houses, extended and renovated old houses. He has built investment property's and commercial property's, worked in conjunction with councils and shires on private and community owned buildings such as town halls, libraries, sporting and recreational facilities. He has worked with the education department on schools and pre- school centres.
Jeff is a current member of 35 years of the Victoria & New south wales Master Builders and 25 years of being a registered building practitioner (Licenced Builder).

Luke is like a younger version of Jeff having learnt his knowledge through doing his apprenticeship with Jeff and becoming a qualified builder and joiner. Luke has been in the industry for 12 years and has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in his work. We welcome Luke back to the team after spending the last two years doing property inspections for Homes Victoria (dhhs).
